One of our group members would like to host a cooking club on a regular basis beginning in September. The club will focus on foods that promote brain health. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up. More information will be available soon.

What a great idea! That will be fun. Does anyone have tips on staying on task while cooking? Remembering to eat throughout the day? Even initiating meal prep at all? I'm as dull as a butter knife, when it comes to meals. A good Cooking Club kick-in-the-backside is in order. See you there!

ReplyDeleteI make a list of the steps I will take to make the dishes. I then incorporate them so that I have one list. At first it was very challenging but over time I have simplified and shorten my list and time! It has even helped with planning my weekly meals and grocery shopping!
Remembering to eat....My stomach and whacky head does a great job with this task!
I am still working on my time management! I know now that if I want to eat by a certain time I have to start my planning in the morning....
I am looking forward to our Brainy-Cooking club...have lots to learn and share!
