Gig Harbor Brain Injury Networking Group Celebrates One Year!

Knitting Group - Friday, January 13th at 2:00

Just a reminder that our knitting group will be meeting on Friday, January 13^th at Kimball’s Espresso Gallery in Gig Harbor. We will meet at 2:00pm. Please bring large knitting needles and a large skein of yarn.

This group will be led by Mona, an expert knitting teacher and accomplished knitter.  She is currently knitting caps for the soldiers in Iraq to wear under their helmets, but you may knit your own projects too.

The forum is a place for all group members to create topics and join discussions related to the group and brain injury (anonymously, if you'd like). Please feel free to leave suggestions for the group or future meetings, post questions you may have for other group members, or start your own discussion.

Cooking Club Beginning in September!

One of our group members would like to host a cooking club on a regular basis beginning in September. The club will focus on foods that promote brain health. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up. More information will be available soon.
